From the moment I met Cheryl, I felt motivated by her energy and personal approach to health and fitness training. Yes, if your doctor has released you to exercise we can modify any exercise to make it work for your body. Our trainers and instructors are knowledgelable and skilled in helping you workout in a safe manner. In all our programs and classes we encourage you to listen to your body.

We are a small private studio that focuses on caring for people while helping them get or stay healthier. There are small size fitness classes in a wide variety of formats as well as both one on one personal training & small group training to meet your needs. We celebrate achievements and help you establish lifelong healthy habits.

We have 45 -60 min classes that are designed to be timely but leave you feeling energized so you can fit more into your busy day. Additionally our personal and group trainings are tailored to cater to your needs and goals.
